I will use my knowledge and abilities to do my part in creating a welcoming community where fewer people go hungry and have the opportunity for happier lives.
Mission
As an agriculturalist, I believe we should all do our part to help our fellow humans, and that we have means to improve folk’s lives by way of their dinner plate and to teach them where their food originates. My career aspiration and life path is to help others improve their lives through agriculture education.
Core Values
In everything I do, I do my best to focus first on respect and next on how my actions affect others. I believe anything worth doing should be rooted in love. That love is an extension of the respect of others, whether it is their existence as people or their ideas they contribute. I have learned that too quickly we brush aside people without ever really hearing them and these actions devalue our experiences. As I embark on my next adventure, I have reminded the importance of how real respect for others can transform our experiences into positive moments.
